Shipping Policy

• We will only ship to addresses inside the United States.
• All orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Please allow up to 48 Hours for processing time.
• In stock items are shipped within 24 hours.
• We offer free ground shipping on orders over $1000.00
• Shipping insurance paid by the customer on applicable items.
• All item prices do not include shipping.

How To Order

We cannot ship firearms directly to you, instead they will be shipped to a local Federal Firearms License(FFL)Dealer of your choosing, who will then perform any paperwork and background checks required by your state of residence. It is your responsibility to contact the FFL Dealer to make sure of their policies,procedures and any applicable fees.

1:Order and purchase your firearm(s).
2:Contact a FFL Dealer in your area where you would like your firearm(s) shipped to, (Gun shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Club, any holder of a Class 01 FFL)and have them fax or Email us a file copy of their FFL.
3:We will ship the firearm to that dealer and they will complete the transfer for you.

Refund,Return and Cancellation Policy

RETURN FOR REFUND:
To qualify for a refund, request for return instructions must be made within 3 days of delivery of your original order. Contact vj@whitebuffalotradingpost.com via e-mail prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS! All items must be returned in new(If item(s) is new) condition or unused (By you) condition and include the original packaging materials included with shipment. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items will be inspected and issued partial refund less the restocking fee if opened or used. Items inspected and found not to qualify for a refund will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling to/from White Buffalo Trading Post is nonrefundable. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to White Buffalo Trading Post. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping time, inspection, and processing from your bank or credit card company. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
Contact vj@whitebuffalotradingpost.com via e-mail immediately upon discovery of defect. Include your order number and detailed description of issues. We will work to first troubleshoot the problem to eliminate user error. Once defect is determined, return instructions will be issued. Follow instructions to return the item. Items received beyond 1 week from the date of instruction issuance WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! For your protection, we recommend that you ship your item using a reliable, traceable carrier. White Buffalo Trading Post is not responsible for lost packages. An approved RMA# must be issued for every return! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete.
